| Additional registration items needed: |
| All new families, in addition to all students enrolling in kindergarten, need to send a copy of the child(ren)'s birth certificate and baptismal certificate to the school office. |

| TADS: For those wishing to apply for financial aid, please follow this link to the online application site. In order to apply, you will need your 2009 tax return, in addition to supporting documents such as your w-2's, 1099's and most recent pay stubs. |
